Notarization

Our office provides 24/7 full service of notarization and authentication of your documents. In order to get an apostille some documents may require a notarization.

To facilitate the process of acquiring apostilles our office provides a 24/7 online notarization.

Required steps to get notarized:

  1. Ensure that you have a reliable internet connection and a device that supports video and audio calls.
  2. Prepare printed copy (hard copy) of the document.
  3. Have a valid government-issued ID on hand (please see the list for acceptable IDs)
  4. Set up an appointment in order to sign the document via video conference (Zoom link will be sent to your email).
  5. Provide your email address in the form below and choose the time slot that works for you.

 

Acceptable forms of identification:

ALL Forms of identification must present a photograph and a signature of the signee.
  • U.S. Passport
  • State-issued driver’s license
  • State-issued identification card
  • U.S. military identification card
  • International passport
  • Other government issued photo ID with a signature 

 

Document Verification:

All Notarial Acts require a full understanding of the text and the language of the document by the signee. A Notary Public must verify the identity of the Signee and their order number.

Commonly notarized documents:

  1. Power of Attorney & Letters of Authorization
  2. Birth, Marriage, Death and Divorce Certificates issued outside the US and its territories (photocopy).
  3. Single Status Affidavits.
  4. Trevel consent form.
  5. Diplomas and Transcripts (photocopy may be used).
  6. Certificate of Life
  7. Adoption documents.
